Replace bearings with the Slo-Rolz plastic insert to slow down your child's skates. Most children's skates require the 8mm size. To determine size needed: remove wheels from skates. Attempt to insert a standard pencil into the bearing. If it goes in, you need 8mm Slo-Rolz, if it does not, you need 7mm Slo-Rolz.
