There are a lot of skaters out there who need a skate that is not available in standard sizes. Perhaps their foot is 4E or they wear a size 17. Now you may have a pair of professionally engineered skates made from any pair of shoes or boots that you wish to send us. We will mount them to Sure-Grip Plates with 8mm axles and life-time guarantee.
We recommend shoes/boots with leather outsoles or very firm PVC outsoles.
The mounting hardware will pull through a soft sole - and skates made from soft sole shoes are not guaranteed. Insoles should be removable. If you send tennis shoes, please be aware that although we will use washers for additional strength, the bolts will eventually pull through soft outsoles.
